  • The refurbishment breathed new life for this thirty-year-old house, comprising complete interior re-planning and new void configuration to allow for better natural light and ventilation. The addition of a new elder-friendly ensuite bedroom was possible through some demolition and scarification of unused spaces in the house. Focusing on the tranquil quality towards contemporary design, the space was kept minimal in harmonious muted tone to allow the owner’s collectibles speak for its home.
